sultan abdul samad building
Designed by A.C Norman in 1894 -1897, mostly influence by Moorish design, located at front of the Dataran Merdeka or Independent Square. The structure takes its name from Sultan Abdul Samad, the reigning Sultan of Selangor at the time when construction began. It's became house of several government department during British administration before most of department transfer to Putrajaya.
