Strung up and sheared - Waitomo, New Zealand

Strung up and sheared, Waitomo, New Zealand
The angora bunny looking considerably thinner and very sorry for itself in the post shearing position. Before you start calling the RSPCA, you have to remember that because they have been bred for their fur, they would die of overheating if they were not sheared regularly (4 times a year). Their ancestors were captured in the Pyrenees apparently.
