The guy in the hat really goes by "Mr. Thailand." He pedals a big flamboyantly decorated cycle-rickshaw around the Khao San Road area every night. It has a photo of the King of Thailand on the front and music plays from the back. It seems like we mostly saw kids riding around in it.
