masted whale watching ship
The harbor was so calm. There were two masted ships that had the whale-spotting crow's nest up high. By this time in September most of the whales have started moving south, and besides I always have to remember that I get sea-sick--so no whale watching for us. They have humpbacks and fin whales, that you can see easily up around Nova Scotia and even off of Maine. They also have orcas and that would have been cool. Guess we'll have to go to the Pacific norhtwest for that.
