An All American Road Trip

About this blog

Our trip began just north of Toronto, Ontario where we traveled down to the Detroit-Windsor Border and drove south on I-75. We drove through large cities like Dayton, Cincinnati, and Lexington before finally stopping in Knoxville, Tennessee. The next morning we drove a long time through good ole fashioned Georgia. We saw the thriving metropolis of Atlanta and sampled the state's fine pecans. We stayed over night in Valdosta, Georgia which I don't recommend as a place to stop. We finally arrived in Vero Beach, Florida the next day. Later in the trip, we drove to Hilton Head Island, S.C. and then made the long drive back to Canada. We enjoyed the mountains of Virginia and West Virginia and took part in tax free shopping in Pennsylvania. NEATO
