Arriving in Skye via the ferry grom Glenelg was a dream come true for us. We have visited many amazing places in our lives before, but at the end of our stay in this Misty Isle, we both came to a consensus that Skye must be one of the most beautiful places in the world. The landscapes are just so amazingly spectacular and the most accurate word to describe the feeling in us when we laid our eyes on the natural beauty of Skye was undoubtedly "BREATHAKING" - yes, you would actually take in a gasp of air and hold it there for a moment while you marvel at the sights before your eyes. Skye is indeed magical - it should have been voted the 8th wonder of the world. We wish we could take the salubrious effect of its air with us when we left.**XA**
