February 2008 : Frolicking in Ko Phi Phi, Thailand

This is an account of the 5 short days we spent in Ko Phi Phi in February 2008 - just before Argi left for work in Leeds. After our hectic trip to Vietnam and various parts of Malaysia in January 2008, we have INITIALLY decided to take it easy ... but as you can imagine, that is easier said than done for 2 adventurous souls like us... we ended up having a fun-filled-fully-packed-adventurous 5 days on the islands and beaches of Ko Phi Phi - one of the most beautiful places on earth. Although remnants of the 2004 tsunami can still be felt and seen on the melancholic faces of its people, the beauty of the place beckons its inhabitants to go on with their lives...however difficult it may be. We feel really blessed to be here **XA**
