Welcome,

I would like to invite you to follow the gemological expedition I had with Jean baptiste Senoble, to Sri Lanka in May 2005. Our purpose was to explore the famous sapphire and moonstone deposits in this beautiful "Gem Island". Our goal was mainly to get a first hand update about the mining activity there, to create local contacts and to collect some scientific samples in order to increase our "Ruby and sapphire Origin Determination" capacities...
