The Flight

About this blog

I wrote this poem based on my scribblings as i sat on a romanian jet, back in the days when flying made nervous. The romanian gent next to me was verybemused when i explained that the reams of A4 i had written was a way of calming myself down... :) i wrote the poem for a session of readings we had in my old local pub, the cambridge blue - i think i was more nervous standing up in public than flying, but it went down very well... i hope you enjoy it :)
