For the past eight years we've chosen Western Europe for our escape from daily life, taking two and three week trips to countries that offer us a western take on interesting sites, world class art, delicious beer and incredible food. This time around we're craving an experience that will deliver a more profound shock to our system and give us a new perspective of life. This trip will expose us to lifestyles, cuisines and cultures vastly different from our own. At the end of our adventure, hopefully we'll return with a greater appreciation for life and inspiring stories to share with our friends and family.
We'll be relying entirely on internet cafes so updates will be sporatic. Be sure to stay in touch!
