Thanksgiving in AsiaII
About this blog
This trip will be the second year in a row that Ginger and I will be spending Thanksgiving in Asia. Last year we travelled to Thailand over the holiday and this year we will be traveling to Singapore, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Hong Kong. Both ways on our trip we will spend a day on the west coast of the US. LA on the way out and San Francisco on the way back.
As "Baby Boomers", Asia has played a major part in our life from the Vietnam War (in which I did not participate), to the emergence of The People's Republic of China, and the strength of the Asian economies.
We are looking forward to spending almost a month traveling in this facinating part of the globe.
