After flying out to California last year to visit my cousin and take in the only US stop on the MotoGP circuit (http://www.motogp.com/en/motogp/index.htm) at Leguna Seca in Monteray, CA we kicked around the idea of riding out for the 2007 race. Around April of this year pieces started to fall into place (like one of the riders bought a new BMW touring motorcycle) and commitments were made between a few friends to make this happen. Our roster includes Mike McLeod and his wife Heather, Rick Zambrano and me - Scott O'Rourke. This travel log is about our trip - hopefully this will prove to be quite entertaining for everyone.
