Shandur polo festival is a widely known festival which has already attracted large number of local, domestic and foreign tourist. It is a calendar event which is organised from July 7-8-9 in July every year. The traditional free style polo is played between the teams of Chitral and Gilgit besides the cultural events in the nights as well as day time.
