Our desire to see our new grandaughter in Johannesburg, has inspired us to seek adventure and culture in the southerly climes of the world, as we progress in our journey to Joburg.

We are excited about our new travel, and greatly pleased to share our experiences with all of our friends who are at home, and especially with our friends whom will be joining us in different regions as we travel.

As we explore the cities and communities of Santiago, Buenos Aires, Montevedio, Joburg, Capetown, Jerusalem as well as numerous side trips, we will try to capture the essence and flavor of our experiences so that we can recall our trip after we return, and for the armchair travelers to join us as we go.
