Exploring Nova Scotia - Canada
About this blog
Hello,
this travelogue is from my second trip to Nova Scotia in the fall of 2005. We flew into Halifax and we picked a motorhome for a 2 week explorer tour through western Nova Scotia.
We drove to Digby Neck at Bay of Fundy. Beautiful and rural area where you can do lot of great hikes, watch the seals and wales, bald eagles and much more. We head to Yarmouth and followed the Lighthouse Trail down to pretty Lunenburg. Stayed at great campsites and totally empty beaches. We made lot of hikes at Kejimkujik National Park which features abundant lakes and rivers ideal for canoeing. We found a small paradise back in Digby Neck at Lake Midway where we relaxed the last few days. See some more info at www.novascotia.cc
