To Nova Scotia to visit old acquaintance while we both lived in Pokhara, Nepal, 1979. He a UN fisheries specialist; I in Peace Corps, a lecturer at University of Tribuvan there.

I had made the acquaintance of John Sallows while we both lived in Pokhara, Nepal during much of 1979.
He was back home in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia for a while before accepting another contract in some far away country.
I contacted John and arranged to visit him in Yarmouth.
