About this blog

Up on my arrival at the new Ben Gurion Airport, I met Testuya, a young Japanese man from Saitama and one who is employed with the Japan Campaign for Children in Palestine.

We were going to work together in developing a Public Relation Video for Atfaluna Society for Deaf Children in Gaza. The mission of the video is to promote Atfaluna and Deaf children's rights for education.

In our cab driven by a Palestine man, Testuya explain our schedule. We expected to stay in Gaza from August 13 to 18 despite of the on going tension between Israel and the settlers in the Gush Katif Bloc, located at the south end of the Gaza Strip near Egypt.

We passed automobiles with orange or blue ribbons tied on body parts, representing real tension.
