Back in St. Petersburg it is time to get our groove on and report about the food trends, restaurants, service (good, bad and indifferent)from our personal point of view. As Chefs/Restauranteurs we are more forgiving in certain areas, but we can be a restaurant's worst critic for unjustifiable recurring mishaps. Through it all you will see a trend emerging, fairness and the clear intent to give a restaurant the benefit of the doubt and a second chance, when our experience is less than anticipated. So let's see what happens in the coming months, and give us some feedback on restaurants to try or to avoid, and why.
