From the Mountains of New Hampshire and the Waterfront and Beaches of Florida , we have now made our home in the desert. Welcome to Las Vegas. During the coming year we will blog about our endeavours, adventures, meals, friends we plan to make, and our search for employment. After owning our own restaurants for the past 19 years, it will be an interesting feat to see whether the 30 years each of us have worked in the Hospitality Industry will get factored in and whether that will be a pro or con.
