Exploration of Hawaii's Oahu and Big Island beauty

| | | This trip began with 2 nights in Kailua of Oahu's Eastern coast. We took surfing lessons and got in a shark cage to look approximately 30 Galapagos sharks directly in the eye, separated only by plexiglass and steel. Then our friend Steve flew in and after a brief exploration of Pearl Harbor and the Bowfinger museum and submarine, we flew on to Big Island. Night viewing of lava flowing into the ocean was the first activity, followed by some amazing encounters with Manta Rays that I will never forget. Simply incredible. 9 of them in one night.
