Hi all

Africa has been on my travel list for a long time and it's hard to believe it's almost time to hit the road. I have two months for this trip and I've packed a lot in. Starting with a brief stopover in Yemen (Yes, I know it's not in Africa) I'll then be flying to Ethiopia and traveling overland all the way down to Cape Town, South Africa. Although one can never be sure where the road will lead, the following countries are on the itinerary: Yemen, Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Malawi, Zambia, Zimbabwe and South Africa. A few highlights for the trip should include such sights as Victoria Falls, a safari in the Serengeti, the spice island of Zanzibar and Mount Kilimanjaro.

Can I fit it all in? I guess we'll find out!
