Journey to Africa.

I believe that from the time that I started reading encyclopediae as a child, I've wanted to see Africa.
When I started my first full-time job at 22, and had already gotten the 'travelling bug' bite, the journey seemed doable 'someday'
By the time 1999 had rolled around, I was asking the question, "At what age should I consider travelling to Africa & how long would I have to stay to be true to the "I'm not a tourist, but a traveller" motto?"
In 2001, with the help of a good friend, I started the financial plan to go to Africa.
Chose the year - 2006
Set the conditions - my house bills had to be paid while I was away.
And announced, "No matter what I am doing in life, I'll stop and go to Africa".
Yes, & quit my job! *GASP*
