An artist's journey - a weekend in the Big Apple
About this blog
As a sort of graduation trip meets family vacation, my parents took up my suggestion to go to New York. I had an ulterior motive: see RENT before it goes off Broadway. I also wanted to hit up the MoMA and the Met. Therefore, I call this the artist's journey because I felt less like the traveller me and more like my writerly self. I found inspiration in New York, and I hope it doesn't leave me.
