Traveling Sola: Costa Rica to Arizona

About this blog

This travel blog is about my trip from Costa Rica to Arizona. After living in Costa Rica for 2 years, it was time to return back to the US. Rather than flying I really wanted to explore other parts of CA. With only a Camelback daypack, the book "Lonely Planet: Central America on a shoestring, and about the equivalent in cash of how much a plane ticket would cost I left Costa Rica with the tentative plan to reach AZ by mid-March.

I made it and really had a wonderful time.
