Dave and LA Extending Latitude in Belize.

Where in the World do we go when we both speak English only, don't want to spend a ton of money, Dave loves the outdoors, needs to be active almost all the time, and becomes a stress monster in cities/traffic/crowds, while I want warm weather, some relaxation and lots of new experiences both cultural and adventurous.
After much debate, we chose Belize in Central America. We have a reservation for the first night and our plan is to catch a ferry the next day to Caye Chaulker. The rest of the trip is wide open, though we do have ideas about snorkeling the reef, inner-tubing and spelunking caves, and zip-lining forests. Was Belize a good choice? Stay tuned to find out.
