Honduras is a place filled with natural beauty including rugged mountains and high peaked valleys. My trip included a visit to the mystic Bay Islands and the archeological Mayan ruins of Copan.

Aww...Honduras. The people here were mighty friendly and usually bilingual, speaking both Spanish and English. Currently I find myself on the island of Utila- an Island covering a mere 3 kilometers with mystic waters and friendly people. You ever heard jive from the movie Airplane? Well, that's the type of English they speak here. My trip through Honduras will also include a stop in Copan to see the Mayan ruins. After this, I will have seen 2 of the 3 major Ancient American Civilizations!! What an experience.
