About this blog
My next professional endeavor takes me to the Russian Far East, where I will consult a multinational Oil&Gas company on procurement methodologies and issues surrounding corporate social responsibility. Travels take me from Houston to Moscow, with onward travel to the island of Sakhalin. Sakhalin is east of Vladivostok and north of Japan. Should be an interesting, yet chilly, assignment from October thru mid March 2009.
