Hujambo! Karibu, this is my Tanzanian blog giving you my monthly updates on how I'm getting on with my volunteer project. I'm hurridely learning swahili and getting all my bureacuracy sorted in preperation for departure. I'm out there for eight months, which includes; roughly 10 weeks swahili and teacher training, twenty weeks out on placement with my chosen Tanzanian partner and three weeks travelling time to explore the country and chillax for a bit. On placement I will be living in a small village and teaching at the primary and secondary schools as well as running out of school groups. I hope you enjoy my blog and feel free to post comments or send letters (parcels of food!) when I'm out there. Byeeeeeeee!
