Welcome to our travelogue!

Annie and I decided this would be the year we visit China. We started off considering a tour that sounded great but, after speaking to friends and doing some research, we decided to go the independent route.

A Chinese librarian asked us when we were visiting China (the clue was the books we took out) and promptly introduced us to travel agent, Mr John Chang, who had arranged her son's China trip.

Many hours of research later (mostly by Annie) along with emails, calls and visits to John, we are finally on our way, next stop Beijing.

Our travels will take us to China, Mongolia and Tibet and, no doubt, some amazing places and fascinating people, culture and food. We hope you enjoy travelling with us :-)
