When we booked our big China, Mongolia and Tibet trip last year we were given a surprise present, a freebie flight to Hong Kong!

We chose to book it for the weekend of my birthday, not thinking about how hot the weather is but, given the rubbish Summer (what Summer?!) we are having in London, we are only too happy to be "suffering" the heat.
