Time to Think - My Cross Country Bicycle Journey
About this blog
Fifty. Five-o, Half a Hundred. Is there a good way to say it? Probably everyone thinks and feels differently about turning 50. For me, mainly I feel fortunate. Beautiful wife that I've loved for 20+ years. Three healthy, smart, athletic kids that make me proud. Great job where I can pretty much be myself. Been lucky financially. A mom, brother, and sister that helped that happen. Some great friends. But, it's still 50. Closer to dead than not. What do I still need to accomplish? What will my priorities be going forward? Can the next 20 years possibly be as good or better than the last? Will I ever ride a bike again after this? Will Patty still talk to me when I get back? Can I figure it all out in a couple of weeks? Follow along, we'll see.
