There comes a time when it is necessary to break with familiar and comfortable places, jobs, foods, and routines. A time to turn life upside down, swap hemispheres, and pick up a new perspective. A time to remember that the problem with the rat race, is that the rats keep winning. And most of all, a time to find out that Africa, Eastern Europe, India, and even Japan, have very very little in common with how they are portrayed in America on CNN. Now is that time.
