After only three years I convinced David that we could go somewhere other than a Pacific island or Bay of Plenty beach for a blob out holiday. He had been in Chicago on business for two weeks before I arrived ... and will be for a further three weeks after I left. We had a road trip planned ... we may not do another one for a while.
