From Ho Chi Minh City to Halong Bay by bus...almost

Started in Ho Chi Mihn City and worked my way north via a hop-on, hop-off bus which I abandoned after a sleepless night from Nha Trang to Hoi Ann. The next leg was 18 hours to Hanoi and my work schedule had just come out and I was short on time. So I whimped out and flew to Hanoi to save time and leave enough time to do a 3 day live-aboard boat trip in Halong Bay--my favorite part of the whole trip.
