This travel log is about about our much anticipated trip to Mauritius, South Africa and London. We are looking forward to sharing this exciting adventure with you.

I was born in Mauritius and left there at the age of 12. I have not been back in 30 years. I have heard that the country has changed a lot since then. The economy has evolved from sugar cane to textile to high tech and Mauritius also has a booming tourist industry including one of the world's most exotic resorts, Le Touessrok http://www.oneandonlyresorts.com/flash.html.

Accompanying me on this adventure are my wife,Melissa, the kids Anna, Shaylagh and baby Amélie.
