This is the story of our adventure across the Atlantic as part of the MedBound2007 rally for ocean going trawlers. This trip mirrors the 2004 Nordhavn rally and is only the second ever.

Welcome to our travel Blog! Sue and I have been fortunate enough to have traveled around the world and seen many of the world's great places. Now, we are turning our focus on boating. We own a robust 40' trawler which we keep on the east coast, but this blog describes a bigger adventure: we will crew on the M/V Adventure- a world class 62' bluewater trawler. This boat is an experienced blue water vessel having already made its way from California to Austrailia.

As with all 'adventures' this one ended much different than planned, but turned out to be a fantastic time.
