I chucked my job in October 2000 and set off for the
Middle East in November 2000. I kept this travelog up
to date until New Zealand, which was 7 months down the
line. It's mostly for my friends and family, but
apparently is quite entertaining(!) for others too.
Not much in the way of 'helpful hints', but more of
a 'this is fun, why don't you' type affair. I went on
to Canada and the States, and returned to wet windy
yet homely Glasgow in November 2001.
