Going coastal!

Having been home from my last overseas jaunt for 6 months, it seemed it was time to pack my bags again and head overseas. I do, after all, have a serious travel addiction to feed!
The chosen destination for this trip: stunning San Francisco and surrounds. For the most part, the trip is an opportunity for some serious R&R while catching up with friends from my trip to Antarctica in 2007, although I do have a few conference days mid-trip.
Feel free to join me on my coastal trip down Highway 1 to Monterey and Big Sur, on the hills of downtown San Francisco and later in Inverness and Yosemite. Just be sure to keep some cold weather gear nearby in case the fog rolls in - after all, this is not Southern California! Enjoy the ride!
