From Expedia.ca To Hell

I recently purchased a $10,000 vacation package from Expedia.ca. A few days later I noticed that I was overcharged for five airfares I did not request or agree to totaling over $4,900 in extra charges. United Airlines tells me that they were authorized by Expedia to issue the tickets and bill my charge card. The airline will not deal with me directly even though the tickets are apparently in my name.

I have contacted Expedia approximately ten times now to have this issue resolved but they apparently don't care or don't know anything about customer service. Almost $5,000 has been taken from me and I don't even have the tickets that were supposedly issued by United Airlines.

I feel a fraud has been committed.
