Singaporeans think nothing of going to Bintan ... it's virtually part of Singapore. So why am I posting pictures? ... well, the villa we stayed in for this visit was very nice lah ... :-)

It's a friday evening. The last ferry out of Singapore to Bintan leaves at 8pm, and we had to board at 7.40pm at the latest.
7.20pm ... Chin, Wee Keng and I are still on a cab travelling along ECP, passing Bedok exit ... I will not say who's fault it was that we were running this late ... just that it wasn't me :-)
We said to the cab driver, 'Uncle ... can go a bit faster or not? The road ahead very clear liao. Can go faster than 80 ...'
'I going very fast already ah!! Any faster is dangerous you know ...', came the reply.
I rest my case. Suffice to say that we actually got there on time at 7.40pm and boarded with ferry ... *whew* !!
