YWAM DTS - Lecture Phase in New Zealand

About this blog

I am doing a Discipleship Training School through an organization called Youth With A Mission (YWAM). The motto of YWAM is "To Know God and to Make Him Known". The first 3 months is the lecture phase which concentrates mostly on "Knowing God" and takes place in Oxford, New Zea­land. The second part of the school is the outreach phase which focuses mainly on "Making Him Known". During this phase, I will be placed on a team and will go to 4 or 5 countries in a region of the world. All of the teams will then regroup for 2 weeks in Israel for a time of processing and debriefing. On the last day we will be commissioned into the world at the graduation ceremony on the Mount of Olives where Jesus gave the Great Commission.
