Yes, the Iron Curtain is long gone but that doesn't prevent me from being curious about this part of the world and trying to find out a little bit about part of Europe that was off limits for so long. The trip will include Poland, Ukraine, Russia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and if time and money allow, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia and a few other places.
