In Search of Noodles and Nepal

With summer coming to a close, and our condo rented out, leaving us basically homeless, it was time to get moving again. This time for a return to SE Asia where we plan to catch some of the places we missed last time like Vietnam and Cambodia. We are also really looking forward to being back in Thailand, possibly our favourite destination to date.
Partially to plan around the weather and partially because Bangkok is one of the cheapest cities to fly from, stuck right in the middle of all those beaches and rice paddies will be a month-long detour to Nepal for some trekking in the Himalayas.
