Welcome aboard for the charity cycle of the year. I have decided to explore the highways and byways of our new partners in the EU at the unique moment they actually join. I want to indulge my love of cycle touring, learn more about the Europe we live in, explore new environments, welcome our friends into the EU and find out what they think about it all and the rest of us. The actual challenge is to visit each of the ten capital cities and persuade you to donate a few pence/cent to help some excellent charities.
