About this blog

Having worked to build the Vietnam Friendship Village since 1996 this will mark my 5th visit. Each time is unique but this one is special as it is the 10th anniversary of the Village's opening. The events scheduled will be not only a celebration of 10 years of service to children and others who have been disabled by the U.S. war but it will be a reunion of veterans of that conflict. I will be reuniting with Vietnamese, French, Australian and American veterans as well as supporters from Japan, Germany and Canada.
