Coastal Maine Botanical Garden Trip

About this blog

We left on an overniter with Bev and Louie Dow to head north to Boothbay Harbor to visit the Coastal Maine Botanical Garden. We also stopped at the Lobster Dock in Boothbay to have some lobster rolls for lunch right on the harbor with a beautiful view. Louie and George said the view was pretty expensive, but yummy. From there we head (of course) to Marden's for some fabric and then onto Skowhegan for an overnight. Had a nice supper at Ken's Restaurant in Skowhegan and headed back to the motel for a dip in the pool. On Thursday we headed to a quilt shop in Madison, Maine where we found lots of fabric and bought some too. From there we drove to the Rangeley Lakes Region and down through Errol, Berlin and then home to Freedom
