Bye Kitty Cat! Matt and me, exploring the National Parks and Capital Cities of the great northwest and sweeping plains. A boy and his grandma, out to see what we can see.

From Seattle we headed east to Coulee Dam, then Idaho (for a minute, passing through) to Montana, big-sky country, Glacier National Park.

Helena, turn south. Grand Tetons (they're grand), then Yellowstone, Old Faithful really is! All the way across Wyoming, Devil's Tower, the center of the USA.

Mount Rushmore! Don't miss the evening show. Wind Cave, Jewel Cave, Custer National Monument, prairie dogs. Badlands, Pierre, Bismarck, Teddy's National Park.

Follow Lewis & Clark, the rivers curve and turn, wheat fields again, and rain.

We're home, and mark our journey on the map.
