Going going back back to D.C. D.C.

My "little" sister had been engaged for almost a year, and we all were really excited to see her get married on November 1st. I'm originally from the Washington D.C. area, and I always enjoy a nice homecoming. It had been months since I had quality family time, and coming home early would enable me to spend Halloween with my friends.
I was brining my girlfriend, Renee, with me. She had never visited Washington, D.C., nor had she been to Virginia (or the whole east coast, for that matter). We set out to show her a great first time in the Nation's capital, and in the process, I learned to better appreciate where I grew up.
