Orange County and Venice Beach in January

I was sitting in my hotel in cold New Orleans last month, talking to my boss about inside training at work, when he suggested I come out to the Irvine office to get a first hand look. Knowing that my college friends, Tiffany and Jess, had recently moved out to Orange County, I contacted them, put two and two together, and $113 later, I was off to John Wayne Airport. It was time to escape the cold of Colorado for that California sunshine I hadn't seen since July. I was able to disguise an excuse to have a vacation getaway by including one day at the office to my trip. Brilliant.
