My first trip to Lancaster, Pennsylvania was back in 1990, when I was only three years old. It was also my very first vacation, and left a lasting impressions. No, I don't remember much from that trip first-hand, but I love looking back at our video and pictures. My family and I then returned to Lancaster with my cousins in 1993, and again with my aunt in 1995.
At seventeen years old, this was my first trip to Lancaster as a teen. I traveled with my mom (Debbie), dad (Ray), and my fifteen year old brother, Michael. Also joining on us this trip was my Aunt Stacy (my mom's younger sister), Uncle Alan, and cousin Alison, who was three at the time. Our Shih-Tzu, Oreo, came along, too!
The beauty of Amish country made for a great trip.
